Shane Chalke founded AnnuityNet in 1997. Prior to starting AnnuityNet, Chalke founded Chalke, Inc., a software and consulting company serving the insurance and financial services industries. Chalke, Inc., was merged with SS&C in 1995, the resulting firm going public in a successful IPO in 1996.

We're a rapidly growing, well-capitalized company with investors that include major financial institutions such as GE Equity, Conning Capital Partners, FBR Financial Fund II, and Liberty Financial Companies. Showing his faith in the venture, CEO Chalke is also a major investor.
